Friday

Today was pretty much a stay at home day enjoying each others company getting ready for leaving on Sat.  Sarah was working on her purse downstairs in the basement and I was also down there playing with the kids and helping Sarah when she asked me.   John was upstairs looking at the  Amsterdam map and taping Kaylin reading "Seanie" some bedtime stories.  After lunch John, I and Kaylin went for a walk while Shane was napping which gave Sarah a little time to herself.  Grandma & Grandpa left with out a blanket and the most cherished bear, but we survived just fine.  we stopped at a bakery and Kaylin picked out a cookie and some orange juice to drink. She really wanted this little pink cake, but we told her that it was too big for her to eat. We walked down to the museum district and then it got a little windy and colder, so we decided to turn around and come back.  Kaylin fell asleep so we stopped at the same bakery and picked up that little pink cake for a surprise after supper.  She's going to be so surpised !!

Here is Sarah's completed purse.  It turned out very nice and I've already put in an order for one for me.

Matt came home around 4PM and the kids went wild when they saw him unloading from the car that dropped him off.  They all met him at the front door and it is a very happy time right now.   Matt is making supper now and we are looking forward to a nice evening.  Maybe some popcorn again tonight ???
Tomorrow we leave for the airport at around 12 noon and take off at 2:40PM.  Don't know what to expect from security, but I just hope everything goes smoothly.  We'll be back in Milwaukee at 8:45PM Sat. night.
